Experience a Variety of Massage Techniques

Hot rock massage
Your massage therapist will apply smooth, flat, heated rocks to certain points of your body. This massage is excellent for relieving irritation or stress and encouraging better sleep. It's a light massage that many clients find more enjoyable than some of the deeper massages.

Herbal massage
During this massage, your therapist will use a blend of herbal ingredients wrapped tightly in a piece of fabric. The bundle will be steamed to an appropriate temperature and used to massage your back or problem areas. You'll feel relaxed and relieved.

Swedish-based massage
When you think of massage, this is the one you're probably imagining. Your therapist will use soft tissue manipulation to provide relaxation. Depending on your needs, the massage can be a full-body massage or focus on specific areas of tension and discomfort. It can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours, and this technique is the most beneficial one.

Rehabilitative / sports massage
Massage therapy focused on rehabilitation is an excellent way to overcome an injury or the damage done to your body through sports. Healing times can be shortened, and your muscles and connective tissues will respond well to this kind of treatment. This type of massage can help you perform at your body's optimum level.
